Instead, it's far better to tweet consistently once a week - not the exact same day of the week; you want to show some level of sponteneity.
Likewise, if you are tweeting daily for the brand, try to vary the times of day somewhat. Not only will it look more natural, but also it will allow you to reach more users, since not everyone will be on at one particular time. Be aware of time zone variations when it comes to timing; if you're trying to reach potential customers in another time zone, make sure your tweets aren't going out at 4am their time.
